Through this guided mediation we work on dynamically visualising the alignment of the chakras and rebalancing your energy to meet your specific needs in the moment.  

We use energy therapy to promote relaxation and repair whilst releasing blockages, and increasing the natural flow of energy to the biofield. 

Each session is tailored to the individual and may include Reiki, crystal healing, sound therapy, aromatherapy and oracle guidance.
